Thanks for the positive comment and for stopping by. Best wishes, PC Reply Quite a painting on such a large scale! Did Mr Darwin hail from Sheffield? Reply Charles actually came from Shrewsbury in Shropshire. I’m pleased with my photographs but as with most street art it has to be seen in person to fully appreciate it (which is not easy if you are not in Sheffield!). The scale of the painting is indeed impressive and reveals itself differently in varying light. Rocket01 has painted many of his works across Sheffield and I think the city is a little richer for his artwork. Reply An impressive painting and very like portraits I’ve seen of the great man. Reply Great pictures, they really capture the feeling of the work and the surrounding area. Good to meet you yesterday at Mount Pleasant, I look forward to further music and graffiti-related conversations! Reply Hi Dave, Thanks for taking time to leave such positive comments. Yes it was great to bump into you yesterday. Do you have a website with your photographs on? Best wishes, PC Reply They are all on Flickr, so if you search for my username ‘houseofrock’ they should all show up. All the best, Dave Love them. Reply Hi John, Thanks for stopping by and for taking time to comment. I have visited your blog and really enjoyed your images on the site and have subscribed to keep up with your work. The fence and cloud shot is wonderfully powerful – Great stuff. Best wishes, PC Reply Pingback: David Attenborough by Rocket01 Sheffield 2012 | Postcard Cafe lovely Reply Cheers.
