Sheffield Scene Surrey Street | Sheffield City Centre | Saturday 29 May 2021
Opening in 1974 Sheffield Scene sold iconic wares manufactured across the city. From cutlery, knives and silverware to postcards and souvenirs this little shop was the place people could buy all things Sheffield!
Amid the the ongoing pandemic the business became unviable and was closed at the start of 2021.
As a final goodbye, after nearly 50 years of trading, the owners donated remaining stock to local restaurants.
Sad times. You could find an unusual gift in there.
Lovely gesture by the owners to give away remaining stock.
Good luck to them for the future.
Yes it was a lovely gesture and indeed good luck to them! 👍
